Turtle Wax®: Growing Market Share

When Saxon won the distribution contract for Turtle Wax® this highly recognised brand was under-represented in both market share and distribution. Our immediate response was to create sales and marketing programmes to address this.

We created a distributor marketing plan for our Principal, which covered product strategy by sales channel, pricing, distribution targeting and promotional support programmes.

Cross selling with other Saxon brands boosted the distribution and display of Turtle Wax® which exceeded what would have been possible with only sole promotion of the brand.

A recent initiative was the launch of ICE™ car wax. Developed for the U.S. market, we have marketed the product to reflect the U.K. market environment.

Due to our efforts market share for Turtle Wax® has almost doubled in key retail channels in only two years.
